It's crucial to commission a snagging survey before handover to minimize the impact of defects. However, if you've already moved in, worry not; developers are obligated to address defects reported during the agreed after-sales service period, usually two years.
Should you require a survey please be sure to send us details of the property including the address and agent's details so we can help you in the most efficient manner.
